Welcome to KORE. We are an owner-operated boutique studio, offering Pilates, various Yoga classes including Aerial Yoga and Burn at the barre. We focus on"Classical" Pilates instruction, with privates, group reformer and mat classes. Our Pilates goal is to teach the original program that Joseph Pilates created. We have a mentorship teacher training program, passed down from classical Pilates lineage. The original work is by far, results oriented. Anything other than classical Pilates is actually "Pilates inspired". If you think you know Pilates, we urge you to try us and judge for yourself!


Our Barre program is a great way to work your booty while having the support of a permanent traditional ballet barre to incorporate ballet, dance and Pilates! Barre is a branch off of contemporary Pilates, which differs from our classical instruction. We are one of the only studios with wall-to-wall permanent barres! This makes a huge difference since holding yourself up on a permanent barre is the only way barre is meant to be taught. Many barre classes in the I.E. use temporary barres.


Yoga at KORE varies, from Gentle to advanced, but most are all levels, unless specified. Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Gentle, Beginner and Flow, just to name a few. We also offer Aerial Yoga which is anti-gravity yoga in silk hammocks, suspended from the ceiling! This class is all levels, and works wonders for the skeletal and nervous systems. Hanging upside down has tremendous health benefits and climbing back up strengthens every muscle in the body.


All of our teachers are certified and/or participating in our mentorship teacher training program. We pride our studio because of our extraordinary teachers, as they go above and beyond to create the best classes for our clients! We carry Pilates and yoga apparel and we only wear the best... Teeki and Mia Brazilia!


Pricing is simple. No sales pitches, No commitments, No contracts! Please note! You will need to start with privates if you want to join group equipment classes! This is for your benefit, not ours. Without proper instruction on form, breath, technique and knowledge of the equipment, YOU will fall behind and not get the most out of your workouts.
